Winter Harley Quinn

So, I had plans to make this cosplay myself sometime in the near future, as I'm trying to get better at sewing/SFX Makeup and the like.
But when I saw that my favorite seamstress (Holly Messinger) was putting the coat up for sale, I couldn't help myself, I had to commission it from her. I'll be making the pants, belt and bootcovers for the rest of the cosplay this month.
